We are located in Deep cove area in North Vancouver BC and are looking for experienced Food Service Supervisor.

Position: Food Service Supervisor

Working condition: Full time, Permanent 

Work Location: 4355 Gallant Ave, North Vancouver BC V7G2C1

Wage Rate: $15.00 per hour and 30~40 Hours per week

Job Duties:

• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and serve food
• Establish work schedule for the staff who prepare and serve food
• Ensure food and service to meet quality control standards
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare food order summaries for chef or cook according to requests from customers when needed
• Make sure staff to be aware in sanitation and safety procedures

Qualifications:

- 1 year or higher experience in food preparation or service

- High School graduation or higher

- Able to communicate in English

- Available to work in evening and weekends
